Application Description
Can be used for pre-treatment of sulfur dioxide residue detection in traditional Chinese medicinal materials and decoction pieces according to the methods specified in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
2015The Chinese Pharmacopoeia specifies three detection methods for sulfur dioxide: acid-base titration, gas chromatography, ion chromatography, etc. Gas chromatography and ion chromatography have the advantages of high sensitivity and strong specificity, but the expensive equipment is not conducive to the promotion and use of grassroots drug testing systems; The acid-base titration method has the advantages of simple installation and low cost, and is a legal detection method specified in the pharmacopoeia. However, as the pharmacopoeia only describes the glassware device for this method, the purchase, assembly, and implementation of the entire device still need to be continuously improved. For example: (1)In addition to the glass instrument device, magnetic stirring, electric heating jacket, titration platform, nitrogen device with flow meter, etc. need to be equipped and assembled.
